The quality of these bulkhead fittings is comparable to those costing $17 or more. and was a much bulkier item that would have taken up more room in my aquaponic system. The lock nut on the kit is reverse threaded, which was also very handy as it allowed me to make a group of fittings in close contact without the need for a connection. I have used several different sized banjo fittings and they are all better built than their Lifegard Aquatics counterparts. Both internal ends are threaded and deburred so connections were easy with no leaks.
