I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, especially if your cat isn't a kitten. It's held together by nothing but the pieces of wood that fit into the gaps in the other pieces. So when my cat sits on it, it tilts over time and I have to fix it all the time. It's cheaply made - the screws holding the ramp in place bent and broke immediately when I tried to install them, rendering the ramp completely unusable. The tower is very small, even for a 7lb cat, and there isn't enough room on the sides of the lower tiers to jump/climb on it comfortably. The only way to get to the top is if I put him next to a ledge he can use as a step. It looks attractive because of the wood and smoothness, but save your money and buy something more durable and comfortable for your cat.
