Hammer got broken fairly quickly, right where the head and handle meet. I've repaired it with a dowel and gorilla glue.The drill is the best part of this kit, and my little boy loved it, until the battery compartment door fell off and will not stay on anymore (the little screw hole part is broken off). Batteries fall out if the door is not secured well (and he will pull tape off), so he doesn't really play with that anymore. He wants it to make the drill noise.Other than those issues, this kit is fine. It's fun to watch my boy pretend to "fix" things around the house, because he's seen me use similar tools.Also note that there are small parts (plastic nuts that go onto the screws) that small children may put in their mouths. But you know your children, and what they're tendencies are.
