The VP02A has excellent picture and sound quality, which I think is very decent for a projector of this size and price. The photos I have provided do not reflect the quality of the projector. The sound is decent, and connecting an external speaker improved the bass, but even without it, the clarity of the sound was excellent. The included carry case is a major upgrade and helps protect the product and store the power cord, cables and remote control. all in one handy package. The padded sleeve has a divider that attaches with Velcro so it can be adjusted to give a little more room if needed and add something like a flow stick inside. Like its predecessor, the VP01A, the VP02A features an amazingly lightweight design. However, this means that the design decision to place all inputs and the power supply on one side of the device means it will tilt to that side, even when on a tripod. Just remember that I bought a tray that can be mounted on a tripod to solve this problem. I wish the power cord was a bit longer as the previous model had a slightly longer cord, but this is solved with an extension cord. You lose navigation on the device in exchange for a smaller form, so you need to make sure the remote isn't lost. That being said, for this price you get a very good portable product. with a variety of inputs, has amazing picture quality and the sound doesn't disappoint. I would not recommend this product.
