So let's be clear I'd say it's everything it says in the description except "air conditioning". Works great portable fan. You fill it with water and saturate the "filter" and the exiting air is slightly cooled. The battery alone lasted over 3 hours. The colored light is cute but unnecessary and can be turned off. It rotates about 90 degrees and this can be turned off. (Honestly I haven't run a full wobble charger so I don't know if that drains the battery that much faster.) So why the 2 stars? It's under $60 and if I had seen the demo before I bought it I would never have bought it. Maybe $30 or $35. I'm not sending it back because it's here and it works. Maybe it's useful when camping or not on the day of the 103 degree record in Seattle. It's a little thing, maybe 6 or 8 inches wide. If you hold your hand close, the fan blows nice and strong, but you won't be like, "Oh, how cold." You'll be like, "Yeah, I think it's a little bit colder than just a Fan that blows." One thing I can tell you for sure, it uses water. From a full tank it took about 10 hours to empty the tank. So everything leaves me back where I started. It won't even cool a small bedroom, instead blowing slightly chilled air on you when placed right in your workspace. Your situation will tell you whether it is God sent or meaningless.
