Great addition to my kitchen!

Just used a skewer holder for onion and steak skewers tonight. There was way more room on the skewers than I expected! Next time I'll be better prepared and load it with pepper. The skewers fit snugly in the stand and the handle makes it easy to remove from the instant pot. I love that I can just pop the skewers in the dishwasher's cutlery basket. I look forward to trying a few more things with these skewers like bacon wrapped chicken skewers and chicken wings!
