Technically works, but very annoying.

While they technically do what they're supposed to, they're VERY difficult to button. The back is very wide, making it difficult to thread the top button. There is no "play" as there is with a regular button. It took me a lot of tries to get this thing to work, even with both packaging methods. This product needs to be redesigned with a much smaller rear end to be user friendly. I had to order a top button collar tool to get them working.
