Good product but not for training

I bought these to wear when I ride a road (bicycle) bike. Eat normally and stay in your ear until you start sweating. Then they fall out of your ear. Before putting it on I tried the 3 ear tips provided to find the one I thought would stay in my ear. So while driving, the right one got out and walked into the street, torn to pieces, useless now. Anyway, good to wear at home.
