Update: I received a replacement unit and am happy to report that I did not have this issue with it. So far everything is working great and holding up! The excellent customer service allowed me to try again and I'm glad I did! Update: The seller contacted me when they found out I had returned the item. And even though I got a refund through Revain, they wanted me to give it another try and offered to send another one. I think that's more than fair, so I'll wait with a final decision until I see if the second one has the same issue. BTW, they didn't mention my review and I don't know if they even saw it. This is excellent customer service in my opinion, which is why I added more stars just for that. If the second one is solid it will be a 5 star rating because as I said it has quality materials and maybe the one I got was a throw away item. So I really wanted to like it. It seems like a good idea and it looks very well built from the outside, but when I charged it for the first time and tried to remove the charging cable, the whole part where the cable goes in came out of the metal case. I suppose I could try gluing it myself, but should I do that after holding it for 10 minutes? Quality materials but not very well assembled.
