Fully functional! I have one in every car door and it doesn't smell bad anymore. I work in my car and I carry the smell from people's houses into my car, I know it sounds weird but my nose is very sensitive and these things have completely solved that problem. Now I can get in the car anytime and it doesn't smell anymore! I love it. Ten stars!
