My first kit will be packaging. They wrapped it in packing tape so it wasn't even funny. The second problem was that they put it in the wrong box. They had it in the same 5 gallon box that comes with it. The hose is regular regular hose that governs very easily, the spout end on the hose is very cheap and the point where the hose connects to the bladder has a white check valve in the picture and that is just the main bend. So if by any chance the shower head fails, stopping all 10 gallons from draining is absolutely impossible. I know you pay for it but I personally bought a Coleman 5 gallon which was cheaper and was top quality throughout.
