Overall I am quite satisfied with this laptop. It has all the features I wanted and is fast with a good keyboard. I do have one criticism though - the description said it was supposed to be a Windows 10 laptop and instead I got Windows 10 S. It shouldn't have been a problem getting out of S mode, but it was. shorts. To do this, once you have completed all the steps and gotten to the Microsoft Store, you will be asked for an email address and password so that Microsoft can send you an activation code. I've entered this information multiple times but never received an email with the code from Microsoft, although Microsoft initially sent me a welcome email after I set up the computer. I ended up having to set up a new email address, which worked. It took a lot of time and was very annoying.
