I really wanted to love this screen but I was struggling with problems every day, I deducted a star. I find the screen ok but far from the quality of the previous screen. heard. The previous screen was too small for the room I installed it in, so I decided to upgrade. I loved the five extra inches the borderless design gave you over the big-bezel 120-inch models, but in the end I regret not buying another screen. The other would give me another 15% and would be 120 inches vs 125 but has thousands of positive reviews so my game is my bad. Here's my take on it: Pros: 1. It looks great when you finally assemble it and hang it on the wall.2. The attachment system is better than the previous one I had. It has two points that hang it from above and hold it well. No four-point system.3. Customer support is responsive.4. The screen fits snugly on the frame, there are no creases. Cons: 1. The instructions are boring. Assembly would have been easy if the instructions had been more detailed. The assembly required certain parts that weren't even in the instructions, basically my intuition told me to use them.2. Additional parts. I hate having extra parts, maybe spares, but not a whole handful. I feel like I screwed up collecting. I understand they probably ship the same parts package with all the different screen sizes, but at least state that in the instructions. Combine extra parts with poor instructions and you will be full of doubts about the finished product. For reference I didn't use washers, I don't know why they send them.3. Stains. I had some smudges on the screen which support told me to remove once the slime was gone. They mostly came out but it seemed like a normal support request.4. The frame is not rigid. I'm sure it has something to do with the invisible frame design, but it raises some concerns about the final assembly and the semi-wobbly frame. As a result, the bottom of the screen curves inward a bit, and I don't know how to fix it other than putting some sort of strap on my back. It will probably be invisible to others, but I can see it. 5. Low profile bezel hangs down. The only mounting points for the bezel on the frame are at the corners, which causes the center to sag a few inches. I contacted support and they said to use springs to hold it back. Again, it doesn't say anything about this in the instructions and I had to use two cables together to make it work. Conclusion: All in all, I can probably live with it, because I have to. The software calls it alpha or beta and they will select a small group of customers to fix the bugs, but I feel like I'm working on bugs in the production process. The screen is ok, the manual needs a lot of work, as well as quality control of the connectors and frame construction and possible problems. If you really hate thick bezels then this is probably a good screen, otherwise I'd consider other options.
