The ones with dots really help hit and dig into that tight muscle. others are really good for simple kneading. Overall, 10 minutes of exposure to one area really helped me relax tight muscles. The next morning. Another great part of this is, as I said, it has 20 different speed settings. It's not cheap at all if you're at the max level. At higher speeds it works wonders. and for the areas where it's smoother, the slower settings really help in that area. Overall I think the product is really great, especially for the price. You don't have to spend three times as much money on name brand massage guns when they do the job just as well
