To be honest I wasn't impressed with this product. Since it is probably copper, our baking pan was destroyed after ONE cake baking. We cleaned it with the included sponge but it was permanently stuck in a white mist (picture included). There is no non-stick coating. A small pan used to boil an egg has lost ALL of its non-stick properties in about three uses. The pots and pans looked great. The color is beautiful, the style is comfortable, but after each use, it's rubbish. Only the pots are durable, as they are only used to boil water or pasta. At this point I don't even think it's safe to cook like this, PERIOD.
