Review on Shark Lift-Away Pro Steam Pocket Mop - White (S3973D) by Jimmy Jefferson

I have literally looked at so many different steam cleaners and read probably 1000+ reviews and sooo many were negative. but as many other reviews say, I figured since my Shark vacuum is the bomb the thing must be great. Lol listen when I say this product sucks compared to their vacuums. For the price I paid I didn't have to mop the floor first and then use the steam mop to remove things from the floor. It defeats the whole purpose of why I bought this. Then comes the vapor, which really wasn't as hot as I expected and came out in small jets. Like it would stop, then start and stop. Do you understand. And I have a small house, very small lol and I had to fill the tank 3 times just in my kitchen and I didn't even finish it. Oh, and to top it off, the laptop is cumbersome, having to hold the trigger with one hand while trying to clean with the other. And did I mention that I didn't receive all the attachments that said in the description? And when I tried to buy these and other attachments, I found that they were basically for an older model and were totally incompatible with this steam mop, which is why you can't even buy attachments, which is why I wanted this mop. So yes. I really hope this helps and you don't make the same mistake as the rest of us.
