Industry Standard - Storage and Organization

8 oz deli bowls are the industry standard in the hospitality industry. They usually come in 4, 8, and 16 oz sizes, all with a cap. This is the same as ordering hot Chinese soup. So they're designed to hold hot liquid and so far they've been perfectly airtight for me. Also, they cost very little per unit, so if you need to get rid of them, it won't cost you much. You really can't lose. They are also suitable for the microwave. However, I really see no point in washing and reusing them. But it looks like you can if you don't microwave them. For example, if you have just stored cold vegetables in it. You can just rinse and reuse it.
