Not suitable for night driving
It is as shown and yes it is a mirror to fit over your car's built in mirror. Pros: The mirror fits and fits snugly, it doesn't move. It covers a larger area than conventional mirrors. The design is the same as the picture if you like skulls. Cons: It doesn't have the anti-glare night vision that a regular rear-view mirror can. This way the lights from the cars behind you are bright and the mirror's feedback when a truck with high beams behind you can cause glare when you look in the rearview mirror. Even on sunny days when the light comes from behind the car and the sunlight hits the silver frame, it reflects back to you.
