Shipping: For some reason this came in a huge cardboard box - unfortunately a lot of wasted space. In fact, they could be put there in bundles instead of what was received. The other problem was that the top part was broken so I had to glue it on. It was broken in a few places but not so bad that I couldn't glue it together. Shipping issues aside, this is a good product. They come out nice and damp, which is good since you want to keep the counter damp to get the full effect. They're a good size - they fall between too small and too big for effectively wiping counters and appliances. The material is durable, so you can work with them a lot, flip them over and go. If you're not that bothered with disinfecting and just want to clean, you can definitely use them multiple times. I can't judge disinfection (for some reason I don't have CSI-like equipment to see how disinfected our switches are). ), but if you trust the product, it seems to work fine. I just need to troubleshoot shipping issues as it's clear I wasn't the only one having issues.
