All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and maybe a 10mil socket (optional). You don't even need YouTube to find out for any 1998-2002 deal. Remove the fuse box cover, after opening the passenger door, remove the bottom panel [3 small screws]. Open the glove box, [4 screws]. Remove some spacers under the glove box [>10 screws] and BOOM.
