The field of view is excellent, everything else is not very good.
I heard a lot about Pimax and FOV headsets and decided to buy them through Amazon. I have Index and Reverb G2 and love both headsets. I was hoping that I would love my Pimax 5k, but I was disappointed. If you want clarity, great color, and everything that just works when you put on a headset, get either the Reverb g2 or the Valve Index. Pimax requires you to download and play around with the Pitool software to get it right. The comfort is really good and they've improved on previous headsets, but the sound in your ears is probably worse, even worse than the Rift s. So if field of view is all you care about, get this headset if you don't stay away.
