YES RECEIVED! I love my! I got it today and made a batch of 8 Oklahoma Onion Burgers and I had room! I started by turning the dial to "5" and that charred one side of the burgers, so I cut it down to three and a half. So 3.5 to 4 is a good number to turn the temperature dial on. What the instructions might say. I haven't searched anything online and the only thing that comes with it is how to assemble it which took 5 minutes max. It's super easy to assemble and you'll be grilling in no time! NO, they will not make your food taste like charcoal. I don't know why anyone would think anything other than charcoal could do this. That being said, who needs food that tastes like charcoal and chemicals? I definitely won't miss lugging sacks of charcoal and lighter fluid home! dome cover? Genius! It locks in moisture and makes the juiciest burgers you've ever tasted - keep the fat on! After cooking 8 burgers, the drip pan looked pretty full. But they were big burgers. So I would say that between servings of fatty foods like hamburgers, you might need to lift your plate and drain the fat. It has open slats on the bottom of the grill so if the drip pan tips over it will come out from the bottom. This can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Ha. No, a real thermostat is not included, but you can simply drill a hole in the lid and screw it in there. They are available here, on Amazon, or at local hardware stores. Hope that helps!
