I really love HiyaHiya Sharps. Their light weight and smooth surface allow you to knit faster with less tension, and the sharp ends are the best I've used for quick and clean stitch pick-up. However, every knitter has her own preferences. If you're the type to "push off" those needles, you'll feel like you're getting pricked. The cable is not as flexible as the ChiaGoo, but flexible enough for my taste. For knitting socks I use DPN HitaHiya Sharps. These are my favorite needles
