Quality product with good nutritional mix

I have been using this product every night for a month. It helps me fall asleep and get a more restful sleep. I have tried many different products over the years and found this one to be better than most. I wake up rejuvenated and don't feel sleepy like some other products. It has a great nutrient blend, but for my personal preference, a little more melatonin could have been used.
