Used to replace the casters on an old BL Marble Oak swivel office captain's chair. A couple of the existing wheel mount bushings have suffered over time and the replacement hasn't been that smooth. However, I was able to successfully use the new ones and install the new videos. The problem was the rolling balls on the new reels. They are made of plastic and their manufacture left a sharp ridge around the ball where it touches the ground. Before I knew what was going on, the rollers were cutting lines in the hardwood floor wherever I moved as I used the chair. Not good!
