Review on Vivere CHAIN Hammock Hanging Kit, Grey by Omar Thorndike

Vivere does not ship all the parts of the product. The description says the chain comes with "S" hooks. However, Vivere does not ship the product with the "S" hooks. According to several other reviews this seems to a widespread problem with Vivere. There is no mechanism to reach out the company. I searched for Vivere's customer service and emailed them to resolve the situation amicably.A representative - Ms. Akshaya Badhe - was not helpful in resolving and responded that I should take this up with ebay. I did explain that ebay's return window has closed. I am stuck with the chain that is useless without "S" hooks.Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this product from Vivere.
