I ordered this foot spa to help with muscle spasms after my knee surgery because I thought relaxing my legs would help release muscle tension in the legs. In theory, that was a good idea. It was just the wrong product. The warmth of the water really relaxed my foot and leg muscles but as another customer noted the massager pushes my toes into the front of the foot spa and the heat is concentrated in the front making it burn and constrict between my toes, it wasn't t the most relaxing scenario. In addition, the walls of the bath are very high and it is on wheels, making it even bigger; The wheels cannot be removed, otherwise the bath will not become unstable. I have tried using this product while sitting in the highest position on a sofa, on a kitchen chair and finally on an office chair and yet I find it very difficult to put my feet in the bathtub in any comfortable way. The wall at the back is too high and you can't kick your legs back as there is no incline. The only way I've found is to place just one foot, use the other foot to maintain the outside position, and then slightly raise the other knee and rest on the massage balls. That's the only way I can find to avoid banging my foot against the back of the tub or pushing my foot forward into the front of the tub. In short this product requires a lot of rethinking and after 3 very frustrating attempts to find a reasonable way to make it work I am returning it and opting for a cheap version of the short walled foot bath.
