Review on Gotham Steel Hammered Copper Collection – Mini 5.5” Egg Pan, Premium Nonstick Aluminum Cookware with Rubber Grip Handle, Dishwasher & Oven Safe up to 500° F by Jon Brazil

This review seems to be a mixed bag - both the 5" and 10" screens led me to this review, but rest assured I'll win ! The 10 inch pot with lid is my wife's favorite. It's very light (aluminum) and the walls are high enough for you to "flip" food wok style. There's nothing "wrong" with this 5 inch pan, it works well but is as small as it looks (an egg). I suspect it's probably better for smaller spaces like RVs and tiny homes. We've had Gotham Steel before and they last a little longer than traditional non-stick coatings. We use a spray, which you shouldn't, so ours probably won't last longer. They never seem to scratch.
