See below 24 month update Installing this product was very easy, it comes with 2 rubber grommets that you insert between the handlebar and the holder and then screw on 2 screws and you're done. I also like the button functionality: once you press the sides of the holster against the phone, it doesn't release until you press the button on the side. Finally, the bungee strap that runs across the front of the phone adds a little more confidence that your phone will stay in place (even if it's not really needed). I love this holster and can't believe I've ever ridden without it. Other reviewers, if you tighten the screws, I don't see this thing "falling apart" that quickly. Looking back, I find the right line quite funny now. Until yesterday (08/17/15) I loved this product and plan to find a better one now. So what happened that caused me to downgrade this item from 5 stars to 1 star ask, well it's simple, have you ever had a glue line (yes it's apparently just held together with glue) divided by 60 miles seen per hour? Well, now I have. my 3 day old galaxy s5 seems to jump very well thanks to my Otterbox (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IPGVZWS?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00) luckily I drove some back roads and there was no one behind me but I figured my phone would never survive even with an otter after bouncing 10 feet in the air and then crashing back to the ground but to my surprise I didn't have to make an insurance claim. back half even 1 screw this product will be bulletproof.
