I used an 8GB card to upgrade my Acer Aspire 3 series A315 laptop. I just bought a laptop in May but found that the 4GB of onboard storage was sorely lacking the last time I updated my antivirus software. I noticed that when playing a video, the playback was choppy. When I visited websites and scrolled quickly, the browser couldn't keep up and crashed. After a bit of internet searching and watching some installation videos I found this A-Tech 8GB card on Revain for a great price. Installation was easy and tripling the memory on my laptop fixed the issues I was having. How can you defeat him? Best $40 I've ever spent on a computer. It took me about 2 minutes to install.
