I was very happy with it. Ordered last winter and just recently placed another order. The second order scarves were stiffer than the original and I'm not very happy with them, but the seller (also a manufacturer) sent me a replacement within two days. She was very generous and helpful and I would not hesitate to contact her again. Thank you Jens! I have washed my originals in the washing machine several times and they are holding up very well. I wish I had switched from paper napkins a few years ago! Also, I also bought flannel and while I like the softness, they find it too thick. It's just perfect!
