I called about my return status. Raul immediately issued a refund. He was polite and helped me to understand that the problem with my computer was not a defect but my fault for not entering the Windows 10 key code. I hesitated when Windows apps stopped working and sent the repaired computer return. If I had called I could have saved myself the hassle.
