The best part about trusted trip was that it gave me access to all my clients' trips at one place which saved time in searching through multiple sources such as google calendar or emails/texts etc., Also I could easily add new client details from their dashboard once they are added into our system! Reporting section does not seem very user-friendly since there wasn't enough options provided with regards to filters like date range & rating type (excellent / poor). It would be great if i had an option where users who have rated us poorly but still continued using services offered. This has helped improve customer retention rates due lack of response after negative experience during booking process among customers - especially when looking up flights via OTA providers (eg Skyscanner).
