This harness, along with the Crawler's Rope Harness, is the best way to climb a tree to insert stakes, ladders or hang a stand. I've always used a traditional bow harness and it always felt awkward and the leash was always in the way and on the wrong side. The strap and rope allow you to use both hands at all times, making your work much easier and safer. The only downside is that you have to step on the waist and leg straps rather than the quick release buckle, which isn't a big deal. I'm 6ft 175lbs and can get in and out easily, but on the colder December days II see it takes longer to pull them over my bibs. Overall I am very happy with my suspension. It is very durable and well made, I feel safe and comfortable in it.
