Review on Event Strategy Group by Chris Chincuanco

Being a new startup, we did not have any experience in hiring for our events, so I was lucky enough to get some great recommendations from trusted friends who had worked at other agencies like ESDG and The Nutter Network. We needed someone professional but approachable (especially when it comes to budgeting). Sarah fit right into those criteria. Our first two projects together were incredibly successful - both of them led by our own team in their respective startup organizations - and she made us feel comfortable during all stages. She's also very quick to respond as well to issues or questions about budgets and scope changes when they arise. Communication could be stronger between project leads; this is mostly because my communication style is different than hers. But overall, working remotely has been smooth thus far, and I've really enjoyed working with her. When you're looking for an event manager (or lead planner), look no further. You won't regret your decision! They took our vision, made it their own by adding value to what we were looking for in terms of design & execution as well marketing efforts around event planning/strategy development through out process from ideation stage thru post production wrap up stages! I would highly recommend this team!! The best part is they really listen. Great people who will do great things together once you get them onboard your project plan. !
