First of all I have several disc’s in my lower back that are bulging and I have Stenosis that causes pinched Sciatica. When this happens I cannot stand straight because of the Hard Spasms will pull me over. I bought this brace and I am very happy to say The support is incredible. It allows me to be a little more Independent .The type of Velcro is exceptional ! You can tighten the brace very good with support bands that have this Velcro without worrying that they will not hold.I have spent more on Braces that didn’t have this much support . Some of the reviews said that it split at the seams and if that happens I will post an update.
