I bought this item to protect my neck from the fall and winter weather. The first thing that struck me when I threw a scarf around my neck and a hat on my head was comfort and warmth. The main reason for buying a hat and scarf. I really like the fleece lining against the skin of the back of the neck versus the prickly feel of acrylic or polyester. I also like to comment on the aesthetics of the hat and scarf. There are different colors to choose from. I prefer black to keep me in the shade. The price is also reasonable.
