From Production Description"The hoist rope cannot be fed all the way into the spare wheel winch box or it will easily get caught." Rope" (cable) is painted red. Presumably the cable will 'get stuck' if it is pulled into the pulley block past this point. Unfortunately, my spare tire will not attach to the bottom of the lift without the cable past the 'dangerous' point I don't understand how the collar/halter can be adjusted so I have no choice but to push the spare and hope for the best when I have to put it down.
