I am 5'6" and 160 pounds. M is perfect for me. I really enjoy wearing this Dri-Fit long sleeve sun protection t-shirt for everyday outdoor activities. It is not only light and beautiful with the color combination, but also protects the upper body from UV radiation in addition to normal sun protection. I LOVE IT!
