I've been looking for a supportive pillow for so long. I bought a pillow from a classic brand. My husband took her and brought her home to his co-op in 2016. I bought another one myself, but the quality was nowhere near the same as it was in 2016. So I've been on the hunt for a comfortable pillow ever since. I'm 5'2, slim shouldered female, sleep on my side. I previously bought a T&N pillow that was too soft. So I bought it for its adjustable loft and cool coverage. Well, I've heard of "ice cloth" in a lot of Japanese bedding to help hot sleepers in hot weather. I loved this cool cover. It was cool on the skin. But there's always a but, with my hair I'm not sure I can feel it. I also have severe allergies, which is why I have several layers of dustproof pillowcases. The feeling of cold didn't really bother me. The crushed foam inside was white, soft and viscous. The supplier also supplies an additional bag of styrofoam in the box. If the standard loft is not high enough, the user can add more. I had to take a little. The support has been great in a way. For example, when I lie on it, I feel like it supports my lower back and molds to my back. Not very good. The foam moves. It took me a while to realize that the reason for my poor sleep quality was that I kept waking up to adjust my pillow because the foam was moving. I take the full hand if I'm out of the standard amount. It wasn't much, I don't have big hands. My husband is 1.80m tall and compared to his hands, my hands look like a child's. So the crowd wasn't a problem. When I wake up in the morning, the foam rises to my head. The pillow will be in a slanted shape on my headboard. I thought I still had too much. I got more out of it, well, the attic was too low, my shoulders were squeezing. I ended up checking a few more times. It just didn't work, so I had to go back. In general the quality of the pillow is excellent. As I said, the lid will cool down, the foam inside was nice and white. I just didn't feel comfortable at all.
