    DO NOT BUY PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

    this really is the worst pillow I have ever seen. If mine didn't come with the 10% padding it was supposed to have, then this pillow is rubbish. it is literally equivalent to folding blankets into a pillow. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I literally wouldn't sleep on this pillow if I was paid for it, it's VERY uncomfortable. as it has gotten so many good reviews, i am SHOCKED. I must have some factory defect, people can't sleep on this piece of junk.

    Ideal Pillow: Bed Pillow

    Looking through different pillows, I will now buy this one. It's soft with a firm hold. You can take out or add toppings as needed. As a side sleeper, I took a little out and finally found the perfect firmness. The smell stayed for about a week after it came out but hopefully it will go away. And that is typical of memory foam. It's also great that the warm and cold sides of the pillow actually work. The material on each side has a noticeable difference. My husband wants this pillow now.

    Have been using this pillow since October 2020. It took about a day to fully fluff and the faint smell went away. The smell wasn't overpowering. It was noticeable but not nauseating. I sleep on my side. I usually fold the edges of my pillows to give them enough support. I didn't have to with this pillow. It provides adequate neck support. The cool side is beautiful.     This pillow is by far the best pillow I have ever used. I'll start by saying I've used the ever-popular Coop Home Goods pillow before and it doesn't come close to this Sagino pillow.     GOOD! The best pillow I've ever had. I have herniated discs in my neck and have been through a lot of pillows so I have to say I'm something of a "pillow snob"! This pillow is simply amazing and you can't go wrong with it. To try to explain that pillow is to try to explain the perfection of my poor neck.     I want to be completely honest - at first I hated this pillow and was mad at myself for paying so much money for it. I had read other reviews so I knew there would be a smell when I first unwrapped it and it definitely was. The instructions said to leave it on for a couple of hours to allow the memory foam to re-expand so I left it on for 2 days. He was so flat and smelled so bad.     We ordered pillows from another brand with similar reviews and in a larger size as we wanted it to match our bedding.
