I'll rate this as a big ZERO and in fact VERY PAINFUL

This product is terrible. It's too ripped and painful to walk on. Why torture yourself when you can get the right foot massage and not endure excruciating pain? Also, it has a high level of toxic plastic odor. How many days does it take to get rid of the fumes?

Pros

You will feel some pain the first time you use it. Please wear thick socks or spread out a thin blanket or towel. Then slowly step onto the mat until you get used to it. There are no restrictions on the place of use, it can be moved at any time and used indoors, outdoors and in collapsible storage areas.
