I'm not sure if this is a joke, if all these reviews are paid for or if I just got a bad device, but this is a terrible, super complex product, which broke immediately and does not require repair. I followed all the instructions, set the quick release to "open" and attempted to pull the expand levers for my device. I noticed that it was quite difficult to move the arms even though they were set in the open position. I was able to get my phone for the first time and found it worked well. Pulled out phone and 10 minutes later tried to put it back in before cycling. I followed the same steps but this time one of the metal levers fully extended with no resistance! Now I had a holder with three arms at the tiny length and a fourth at the maximum length. I couldn't put the lever back in and all the other levers were stuck. I loosened the screws on the back to see if I could get the long lever back and then the entire spring mechanism practically exploded. Then I realized it was junk, an overly complex piece of junk that I would bring back for something better. Please look elsewhere
