I bought this phone for our house. We need an audio caller ID. It does however, however there is no screen to inform the calling phone number and the Audio ID does not speak this information. Also, if someone tries to mute the sound ID on an incoming call (we get a lot of robocalls), the mute button doesn't work! This does not mute the phone. Also when someone tries to adjust the ringer volume it doesn't work. Does not work too. Also, the phone calls every number every time someone calls, which is quite annoying. I wish I had bought this. Lousy phone, features don't work.
