this thing turns into a snowblower. We had what meteorologists called a "bomb cyclone." Massive low pressure and shedding about 12 inches or more of heavy, wet snow. Snow (tarmac descent) is the size of a fridge with a freezer compartment on top, and this thing kept it on the blade without spilling it on top. My installation comment is based on the simple fact that 10 to 12 holes need to be drilled. through the rubber and the top of the blade to install the screws. You will also need something like a wrench or pliers to push the screws through the rubber. Finally, I recommend starting with a screw on one end and then using a vise to hold the rubber in place while drilling holes and installing screws. Work from the end where the first screw is installed. None of this is "complex," but it's a bit tiresome.
