This is a beautiful case for the Intel NUC. It's relatively cheap considering it's made of thick aluminum. Please remember that you must remove the standard cooler, otherwise the NUC motherboard will not fit in this case. The NUC feels very warm when it's on, but that's how it's designed to act as a giant heatsink for the embedded processor. The i3 on my D33217CK stays at around 50 degrees Celsius idling with a 5-10 degree difference under load, which is nice because it remains completely silent even with the bottom cooler running at full speed. All in all a very good alternative and also cheap at the current price of 40€. If you have a compatible NUC board and need a case, look no further: this is the smallest, prettiest and coolest case for your tiny system.
