I bought a 60" shelf made of driftwood. It has a beautiful muted grey/brown colour. I needed a TV stand at the end of the bed that is sturdy and has storage space. I chose this shelf because unlike most entertainment centers it is finished on all sides and looked really solid unlike storage cubes or flimsy console tables. There were no holes in my box and it appeared to be in decent condition and I was very pleased given the other reviews. The only problem I saw was that one of the side flaps was partially open but I didn't even think that it was enough to cause damage. I didn't actually notice the corner bell until everything was assembled and set up. But I'm not too worried, I just flip it over so the sound comes from behind! I am very satisfied with the device apart from this small problem. I put it on carpet and it still works. for sturdy, so don't worry if you do the same. It easily holds a 55 inch TV and I'm not worried about stability. The shelf is 60" long, 25" high and 15.75" wide. The shelf measures 2 inches less from floor to bottom shelf when placed on carpet. Shelf spacing is approximately 10.5 inches (maybe a few eighths more). The thickness of the bars/wood is 0.75". I have used storage baskets, they fit perfectly and look beautiful. Note that standard 11" cubic storages will NOT fit. I have " Bought Awekris Large Storage Basket", you can use the dimensions of this product to understand which size to use. Assembling the furniture was quite easy. I was able to do it myself, the shelf parts are a bit heavy, but it can Can be made by yourself when assembled as per the instructions (assemble on the side then flip when complete) No tools required everything was included and you even get a bag of extra screws The only caution I could give is... want to give is that you should tighten it lightly to start and then make sure all the long bars are flush with the sides before tightening it all the way down. If you are thinking about it and unsure, I would recommend it.
