I ordered this, maybe thought? I'm amazed at how well this works! I have arthritis, carpel tunnel and fibromyalgia. I have chronic pain every day. At first I used it as it should be used, on my hands I fell in love with it immediately. Later that evening I got the usual muscle pains in my neck, shoulders and upper arm. I thought maybe the roller could feel good in those places. Well, here I am amazed again! I love that it's small enough to carry around in my purse and if it hurts I can take it out and massage it to get rid of the pain. It only takes a few minutes and you'll feel a lot better. I brought it to my mom's house and she used it and I was there for 5 hours. She loved it too. She continued to look at him with that questioning expression on her face. She finally said it looks so simple, but how does it work so beautifully? She also has fairly severe arthritis. I definitely recommend it! I also think it would make a great inexpensive gift!
