I'm typing my review of the Logitech Ultra-thin Keyboard for iPad mini on the keyboard itself to give me a better feel for the keyboard, Pro: Very light and thin. Fits in my purse with my iPad mini so I can take it with me and work anywhere. Very aesthetic. It's really cute and, as said, takes up so little space that it doesn't have the bulky feel of a laptop, especially if you're in a public place like a restaurant or somewhere else that you don't draw too much attention to want your work. It's almost the same as pulling out your phone. I love being able to keep my iPad in its own case when using this keyboard. It would be inconvenient to take it out of the case and attach it to the keyboard, but for some this may be a minus. Cons: One of the cons is actually one of the pros. The keyboard is so small that you have to get used to the keyboard. I have relatively small hands and they tend to touch while typing. Given that the keys are bound to be in different locations on a smaller keyboard, it's obvious that the new keyboard will take some getting used to, especially if you're used to it on a much larger traditional laptop to type. Maybe I'll get used to it over time. As I mentioned before, I keep my iPad in the case I bought for it because I like the angle it offers when typing and I want to protect my iPad. This can be a disadvantage for some people hoping to connect an iPad to the keyboard itself and work on it. The angle is too straight for my liking, and while the images on both the website and the box show you can tilt the iPad a little more, I didn't manage to. Although maybe it's just me. As I write this review, I find that the keyboard slides too much from side to side for my liking. The little elastic at the bottom doesn't help to keep it in place. For $40 I wouldn't expect to have to buy anything to stop it slipping. I tried using it on different surfaces and it didn't help much. Doesn't feel like a level. It's like a table with one leg slightly longer than the other three, if that makes a difference. When I received the product I also noticed that the box itself was not sealed as you would expect with a new product. I have a feeling it has been used and sent back. It also looks a little dirty, which is very noticeable since it's white. :( The item I bought is marked as "new". Overall it's fine. There are a lot more cons than pros. Too bad because it's so darn cute, and as I type it, I feel like I'm getting bigger and I'm getting more used to the keys, but the keyboard keeps slipping and I keep hitting the comma key instead of the period due to its proximity. However, of all the cons, what worries me the most, is the keyboard slipping I know I can easily fix this by gluing something to the bottom to keep it from slipping but for the money I paid I don't feel like I paid more for the fixing a manufacturing defect I was the deciding factor maybe mine just broke and I should exchange it rather than just send it back and try another keyboard it looks great reviews... if anyone has it longer or he loves has a -or a comment rii or recommendations I'd love to hear from you OU!
