Review on Convenience Concepts American Heritage Flip Top End Table with Shelf, Espresso - Simple and Stylish Storage Solution by Gerald Duncan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Read my review on how to properly assemble a shelf without violence, damage, loops, etc.

Let me start by saying that I am 46 years old. I like to think that I am very skillful in assembling or fixing things while I felt that assembling on this table was very easy. The only problem I had was that the wooden buttons didn't want to stay in so I had to remove the wood glue to secure them. I read a few reviews from people saying the bottom shelf didn't fit properly, had to wedge, bang, scrape the legs, trim, sand, etc. here's a trick NOT listed in the instructions. While the table is upside down and you are assembling the legs, do not fully tighten the first 4 screws. This gives the legs some freedom and you can easily put the shelf inside. Tighten the screws holding the shelf, then go back and fully tighten the first 4 screws (these are the ones next to the countertop). and it's a cute little table!

Pros
  • Waiting
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
